Pioneer Day in the SLC

Drew and I headed to Salt Lake this past weekend to visit with family.

Brad and Tahnie have a new baby as of 7-7-10. I'm glad she has an easy to remember birthday plus she is super cute and cuddly. On Friday Drew got to go fishing with his dad and Brad fished with Brynner.

On Saturday we went to the Pioneer Day parade. My mom's family is kind enough to camp on the parade route to get us a good spot in the shade. Thanks Family!!! It was a ton of fun to get together and see the floats and marching bands and bagpipes. The rocky-road brownies were a big hit. Almost as big as the mustaches in support of the motorcycle cops who we love!

And just like that a packed weekend full of fun and seemingly not long enough was condensed to 2 paragraphs. I'm sorry I'm not chatty today but at least I made it to the top of the blog lists and Drew can take a turn posting. Muwah ha ha.

oh Hama! It was a super fun weekend and you also left out the ReAL Salt Lake game! And that you were almost blown up by fireworks!
